"For this SS08 season I love the fusion of hard edge glamour, retro futuristic Cardin inspired circle shapes and conceptual tailoring, and crystal is integrating it so well in the collection adding a level of shimmer perfect for this season. I am delighted to discover new aspects of crystal in the jet inlayed fishnet fabric which we use for hard edge yet grungy leggings and casual tanktop dresses. The stretch aspect of the extensible material is perfect for the highlight pieces of the show. Gold is the new statement colour, in lame used layered in the shades of vintage looking tulle.
More modern square facet cut stones are used as all over ornamentation on either large belts on casual dresses or just as button on tuxedo braid straps hanging loosely form the sides of flowy almost David Hamilton like peasant dresses and tops."
