“This season I am using an original painting to develop her collection into pieces that evoke a sense of grace, comfort and beauty. Gracefulness in movement of shape and form, comfort that comes from the vertical strokes of colors of the water and sky, and beauty in the crystals that lie within folds and weave intricately along the strokes of paint-feelings that rework the idea of art, luxury and thought,” says Rachel Roy.
